Artem Sidorov, who previously held the position of Vice President for environmental protection and ecology, was appointed President of JSC New Stream. President of JSC New Stream Artem Sidorov has replaced the retired Andrey Zokin.
In his new position, Artem Sidorov will focus on the administrative management of the company and the solution of urgent priorities.
At the end of 2018, JSC New Stream completed the construction of the largest private industrial refinery in Russia (9 million tons/year) with a record depth of processing – 98%, producing the entire line of Euro-5 oil products. Antipinsky refinery owns three oil fields (C1-about 50 million tons) in the Orenburg region. The total investment in the project amounted to 3.8 billion US dollars.

Artem Georgievich Sidorov was born on July 13, 1975 in Kazan, Tatar ASSR (now the Republic of Tatarstan).
In 2001 he graduated from the law faculty of Ulyanov-Lenin Kazan state University. . In 2014 – Tupolev Kazan national research technical University, specialty "engineer-ecologist".
In 2001-2006 he served in the internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since 2006, he worked in various positions in the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2010 he was appointed Minister of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2015, he headed the Federal service for supervision of natural resources (Rosprirodnadzor).
From 2017 to 2018 - Deputy Minister of natural resources and ecology of the Russian Federation – head of the Federal service for supervision of natural resources (Rosprirodnadzor).
In September 2018, he was appointed Senior Vice President for environmental activities and ecology of JSC New Stream.
In January 2019 he was appointed President of JSC New Stream.
